There are new cabinets and granite countertops throughout the unit including the kitchen, wet bar and all four bathrooms as well as new tiled showers in the master and hall bathrooms. All bathrooms have comfort height toilets and vanities.
This third-floor condo units has direct access to parking, stairways and elevators. All this with floor-to-ceiling glass that overlooks the pool, lazy river and gulf.

The spacious living area is decorated in solid earth tones, including two Lazy Boy recliner sofas and two Lazy Boy rocker recliners, end tables and coffee table round out the grouping. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
