Orange beach at Phoenix

Overall it was a good stay! The location is perfect with a beautiful master overlooking the gulf. The sheets and blankets while clean are of a weird material in the guest rooms. The microwave was broken which we did report upon arrival though they were able to provide a replacement before we left at the end of the week. The furniture could use a good steam cleaning but overall we would stay here again.

Phoenix V at Orange Beach, Alabama

Great access to the beach with available umbrella and chair rentals. Indoor and outdoor pool with hot tubs beside the indoor pool., although one was not working. The unit was in need of maintenance and cleaning. The worst thing was waiting up to an hour for an elevator in the heat. I can’t recommend this property. The wait was very dangerous for older people and those with health conditions and miserable for everyone else.
