“This house is adorable! It was perfect for us as a couple. Very sweetly decorated and homey. The neighborhood is very quiet and off the beaten path, as they say, yet very close to stores and beautiful downtown Winter Garden. We would SO stay again! Would love to do a seasonal stay. ”

“The property is great, very well situated near Downtown Orlando. The price is affordable and the Host is really a good person that I recommend for his flexibility and kindness. ”

“The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. ”

“The cottage on Lake Davis was perfect for us. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Jeff was a great host and now a new friend. My husband was going through 39 Proton treatments at Orlando Health Cancer Institute. The location took him less than 5 minutes to get there and he had almost no traffic. There was plenty of parking area available and Jeff keeps the land scape and grounds beautiful. We also met actors working for the Orlando Shakes. Lake Davis has a side walk all the way around……

“Absolutely loved the location for what I needed. Right next to Orlando Health which allowed a quick commute. The neighborhood itself was lovely, with lots of walking trails and green spaces. If you don't mind a 25-30min walk, it is very doable to walk to downtown Orlando or simply pay for a $10 uber. Overall, would highly recommend this vrbo.”
