「Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland.」

「We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends! 」

「Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. 「Fantastic home. Great amenities. Being able to sit together outside around the table and the campfire when it's nice outside, or sit inside around the living room and dining area when it's rainy is great flexibility. Lovely to host a family vacation with a couple kids. Space for everyone!」

「Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again!」

「Wonderful stay in a beautiful historic home! Wonderful host, very responsive and flexible. Easy check-in. We all had such a great time. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Walkable distance to the cute downtown area with shops and cafes. As other reviewers said, you can hear the trains at night but we were all totally fine with it. 」
