“This was once a big, beautiful home on a beautiful property. It has a great history beginning with the original custom construction by owner Larry Bird. It was later converted into a boutique hotel with 6 rooms (4 suites). Today it is privately owned as an airbnb. The owner and property managers are great and very responsive. However, the home and property needs work. The concrete and brick construction of the driveway walls and pool area is deteriorating. The tennis court needs complete……
