Welcome to Conservatorium Villa's Unit 3, in downtown Orange!

"Just built" and within a short walk to the CBD, or drive to everything the city has to offer.

You can relax looking out the giant north facing private windows.
Just around the corner, the "New Orange Conservatorium and Planetarium" ($36 million dollar development) is being built which is very exciting for Orange.

Get a good nights sleep on new queen bed, and prepare your meals in the new kitchen.

Conservatorium Villa 3 is located at 149 March Street (tucked away in Curran Street) just one block from the Visitors Centre and Orange Civic Centre.

Simply park in the private (off street) carport at your door and walk to the CBD.

Wonderful accomodation

Immaculate and well appointed unit. It had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. The villa has lots of large windows in the living area allowing in lots of natural light. The bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Undercover parking with overhead lights, and few steps to the front door was very convenient. I was very comfortable here and highly recommend this villa.
