There was plenty of large wood for the open fires on arrival, but no kindling which was a shame and made it difficult. They had run out of gas so we couldn’t use the hot plates, but provided us with a portable alternative which was good. Beautiful house and good weekend was enjoyed by all.

Our family stayed for a five day holiday away. We spent days hiking, caving and exploring the area. This home is perfect for relaxing. From early morning til day end the winter sun filled the home warming the space. The cosy fire at night was so lovely. Our kids enjoyed kicking a soccer ball around the huge flat front of the property. The rumpus room had a ping pong table too that was in constant use through our stay. Such a great home and beautiful part of the country.
