“Very clean with all we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive. Parking tricky at times because of location. There is a spot for our car but someone parked in it and I had to block them in. Neighbors were friendly! Something to note there are narrow steps leading to the apartment but my 91 year old mother navigated them fairly well. I would stay again when I travel back to visit family.”

“This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. ”

“The apartment was great. The parking was very useful also. There is a very confortable King bed. The futon was perfect for our son. In the closet, there was also to other single beds. We put one in the room and one in the living room. We walked 20 minutes and took a ferry to go to Times square in New York. The view before we took the ferry in New Jersey of all the building of New York was amazing. Hopefully I will have the chance to go again! Thank you Reinier!”
