Studio apartment for two guests with new A/C close to Airport and Marina. Optional: Rent the owners car when available for an economic price.Includes a new frost free fridge and a gas stove. All utensils are included to cook a meal. Bathroom has warm shower.!Also includes beach chairs and ice cooler. Free garage space and a peaceful garden for you to sit and enjoy the birds singing in the morning or afternoon. You will get snorkeling gears to go to the beaches. The closest beach is 10 min by car and you have a beautiful view of the sunset. Lots of restaurants close by. You will find two minimart walking distance of the apartment. Walking distance to the beach is also possible if you like to walk in the sun.House Rules and Guidelines
1. Trash Disposal: Kindly place all trash in the green trash can located outside.
2. Energy Conservation: Please turn off all lights and the air conditioning when you are not in the room.
3. Rental Cars: If you are renting a car, please note that it must be washed at a car wash before returning it to the rental company.
4. Laundry: There is no washer available at the property. However, there are plenty of laundromats on the island for your convenience.
