Wonderful Stay

We love Aruba and the condo was great overall. We only had a few recommendations which would be as follows:1) supplying 2 bath towels for 2 people for a 2 week stay is not enough2) need to finish closing off the air conditioning unit with proper venting as it was extremely loud in the living room and kitchen. It was quiet in the bedroom with the door shut Other than that we would definitely consider renting the unit again without hesitation.

Great Beach Access, Great Patio

Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed - well stocked. We loved the access to beach and beach lounge chairs - available at no charge to Divi renters. Pools were clean, a little crowded, but we could always find space. Patio can not be beat - great view of small waterfall and birds everywhere. The bell staff , especially Erwin, were outstanding and the reason l did not give 4 stars. Check in staff left a lot to be desired, maybe it was for Casiola bookers who had a separate area at snack bar. We could not check in until “exactly 3:00, not a minute sooner”. My iPhone said 3:01, the check-in persons watch said 2:58. “ Come back in 2 minutes, check in is based on my watch”. My initial front desk contact was pretty frosty as well. Concierge went to voicemail, they never returned calls. Casiola responded quickly with emails but took a few requests for them to actually follow through. Check out was very friendly. Overall great place and a great stay.

Not so good

Check process was awful, they brought us to two different condos and then the key did not work, we had to go all the way back to the front desk. Faucets were terrible for actually getting hot water, we had to spend several mins trying different settings to get somewhat warm water.Cannot use Dryer and Washer machines at the same time because it trips the breaker. Kindly asked for an extra hour at check out but was told no because the cleaning crew needed 5 hours to clean the property. We left the property immaculate. Cleaning crew was not even there at 11am. We were only allowed one large towel per person for the entire stay and were told to use the pool towels for showers. Never booking with this company again. We have a lot of friends in the US. We visit Aruba every 6 months.

Overall a great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything we needed and is in a great location. We spent a lot of time on the patio - it was a nice quiet place to relax. We were somewhat disappointed with the access to the BBQ. It was far enough away from the condo that it wasn’t really practical to use. Access to resort facilities is an asset - we took advantage of the resort pools and gym. The beautiful beach is a quick walk from the condo. I would highly recommend this property.
