"We enjoyed the location of this motel, then we walked in to our room and were pleasantly wowed by the decor and size of the king room! It was affordable, yet we felt like we were staying in an upper class motel. Breakfast was minimal but it was Labor Day and the office was closed, so understandable and we were told ahead of time to grab out breakfast choices. We appreciated the insight about food and visiting the beaches while talking to the clerk, a very friendly and personable fellow. Thanks for a great stay! I wish we would have been there longer!"

"This was such a beautiful place to stay. The views-spectacular. The house was well stocked with all the needed amenities. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would stay again.The only downside was not being allowed more than three cars at the property. I’m mentioning it in my review because it took me a long time to find where that was stated on the listing. That way you won’t be surprised like we were if you book here. Sweet Homes did provide free parking in Newport or Yahaghts, but car pooling was annoying at times. I also thought the walls could use a good cleaning as there were sticky little kid handprints on the walls in a few places that weren’t from us. That said, those were minor issues and overall it was a fantastic experience for our family. I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Excellent communication by host and the property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Location and views great. Overall, property was clean, just a fair bit of leftover dog poop in the yard from previous stays. We picked it up along with our own dogs, no big deal. Enjoyed the property. And would stay again"

"Well appointed kitchen and clean beautifully decorated home. Fabulous sunset views from the deck. Hot Tub was great! Location is exceptional, so close to many popular attractions on the central coast. Host was easy to reach - Lorina checked in to make sure we were all set and was always available for any questions. Fresh baked bread and oreo cake upon arrival was such a pleasant surprise! Best VRBO we ever stayed at. Sad to leave. Hope to return for a stay next year!"

"My family loved our stay! The furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, etc. were just as we hoped. The bedrooms were so very comfortable and the hot tub and ping pong table were special treats. I loved the property management responsiveness as well."
