“No negative comments here! The staff was accommodating, the room was clean and smelled nice apon entry. We were close to several shops and some food. As a family of 4 , we slept comfortably!”

“Staff was very nice and for being the 4th of July and lots of people in town we took the last room they had because everywhere else was booked up .The room was definitely overpriced for what it was but the beds were comfortable and property was quiet for being a holiday .Wifi worked fine I was worried about the reviews I saw but it was a little better than expected the room could of been cleaner surfaces like tv screen and table tops needed to be cleaner but bathroom and beds were clean .overall……

“Clean beautiful room with a great view of the lake, ducks, and geese. The restaurant is really good. I love the peacefulness. The only issue was the dogs running off the wildlife, but I also love dogs. This is a beautiful location. We will be coming back. ”

“This place is a JOKE!!! Upon arrival and showing my Expedia Booking and proper Identification, I was told by the young man at the counter that "we do not accept online payments, all payments must be made in person". I again presented my booking #, as well as the digital receipt, and showed him the charge debiting my bank account. He spouted the same ridiculousness again, and... I gave up. I was not about to pay a 2nd time. When Expedia tried to investigate this incident, the hotel staff……

“While we didn't think this would be like a room at the Holiday Inn, we weren't prepared for the cute little room we got. The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed. Our room (and I assume the others are like this) was filled with gadgets, devices, and appliances that were vintage for the time the RR was operating and stopped there (think early 1900's). “When you enter the property, it feels like you're entering the Redwoods. Trees and glowing plants everywhere, very inviting. The rooms are named after places in Oregon. We stayed in 4 (Deschutes). We were able to park steps from the room. When we entered the room, it wasn't like any of the pics on the Expedia website, but that's ok. Rustic feel to the rooms. Yes, I said rooms. We thought it would be one space but it was actually 2 separate bedrooms with a door, much to our delight. The king……

“Great location in Florence for our overnight stay. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Parking available and their staff was friendly helpful. Inn is located at the top of a hill so there is a steep driveway to climb but it’s not as bad as it looks at first glance. Since the weather was warm, we wished for a/c or a fan. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this Inn.”
