「Clean room, but outdated, it's clean, but looks very very old inside. Needs work.」

「My husband and I love staying here! We appreciate the warm friendly staff who graciously prepare a complimentary cook to order omelette and waffles each morning. Parking is easy to visit historic Grass Valley or a short drive to the cool waters of the Yuba River and Nevada City. We will be back next year!」

「Great home base for Oroville Lake. We stayed two nights. Place is easy to get in and out of. Hotel is up on a little hill away from casino. The lodging is cool, wish they had two bedrooms but the star suite is decent for two adults and two teens. The food in the AM is slightly lacking imo, and the buffet doesn’t open till like 11:00 am on a Sunday. And I don’t think you can get a mimosa or Bloody Mary in the morning either. Brewery serves up good lunch and dinner. Overall good place to stay and...

「The hotel was nice. Location was good - you can walk into the old town of Grass Valley easily. Breakfast was very good and the dining room nice. There was a manager's hosted happy hour which was a nice touch. The bathrooms do need updating but everything worked fine. Housekeeping staff was very nice.」

「This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.」

「Shabby , destitute, trashy, noisy, no blinds that worked oin windows trash and broken wash machines in the parking area, hazardous, nicely apologetic staff in an uncared for dump. It needs condemned. No chairs on some porches or in rooms!」

「Fun and vibrant casino hotel. Wahlburger on site was good. Front desk lady was super-friendly. Elevators and escalators all worked. Parking was abundant. Won 40 bucks in one spin, and that's the bottom line!」

「Rooms weren't that great but they SEEMED to be clean. A few days later, after being at home, itchy bed bug bites started popping up all over our bodies. Talk about disgusting! Went to doctor and sure enough we were bitten by numerous bed bugs.」

「Not clean enough」

「The lamp provided enough outlets, was nice to be able to easily find plug ins. The room was cute and clean. The mattress was to soft. Would recommend this stay to anyone.」

「The host was very accommodating. The property sets close to Rough & Ready hwy- especially cottage #10, which backs up within feet of the hwy. Bring an extra blanket if weather is on the cool side. 」
