La Villa Eskarcel est entièrement de plain pieds.

Toutes les pièces sont tournées vers la mer, à l`exception de la 4ème chambre.

Pour les repas face à la Baie Orientale, vous disposerez de 2 grandes tables ainsi qu`une grande cuisine très bien équipée, idéale si vous voulez faire venir un chef.

La villa est situé dans le lotissement sécurisé très recherché de Mont Vernon 3, à ne pas confondre avec Mont Vernon 1 et 2.

Elle est située en plein dans la zone touristique de Saint-Martin.

A 5 minutes en voiture de :

* la très belle plage d`Orient Bay, avec ses water sports, ses restaurants au bord de l`eau, sa place du village avec ses commerces.

Perfect location and amazing property

Management company was very nice and responsive (not that we needed anything during our stay. The community is hated, and there’s a separate gate to the house, which makes you feel extra secure. The pool lit up at night and was beautiful (and also heated.)

A home with a view

Had family come over to stay and the home was a lovely view for breakfast. The rooms each had their own private bathroom the the bunk beds are double size so comfortable for both adults or children. Just like most homes on the island there is a steep driveway but you do get used to it. The pool was heated and deep.

Wonderful family week in paradise

From the minute this property was booked communication with Gilles was timely and questions were answered to the best of his ability, which made our time on St Martin very easy. The property was better than the pictures showed and very spacious. All appliances were top notch and the automatic sun shades on the patio were wonderful in the mornings for coffee. I was late flying in but the rest of the family was able to check in without an issue. So Thankful. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Great location, nice views, lovely pool. Kitchen supplies could use some updating, eg lots of mismatched glasses, cups etc. Bunkbed room not very nice for an adult - no closet, small window. But overall we'd come back
