“Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new……

“Ralph’s cozy two-story home was perfect for a weekend trip with friends to Columbus. The house was clean, stocked with necessary amenities, situated in a pleasant neighborhood, and was the perfect size for my group of six. Can’t reccomend enough!”

“The property was great! Would stay there again. Some things to note: The housekeeper(s) need to dust thoroughly and not just do a get in get out surface clean. It's about presentation. Also, cut the grass and sweep the porch. We should not have to look for broom ...it would make a nice presentation. Some of the furniture was broken (table chair and bedroom chair) and in need of repair. Consideration should be given to more sturdier furniture; it will pay off in the long run. Most people are not……

“We were in Columbus for a week long youth horse show at the fairgrounds. It was nice to be able to go "home" after a long day at the show. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with the owner/property manager was a breeze!”

“Nice place in a good location. If there are neighbors in the other side of the duplex, you will hear them. Door code provided initially did not work. Contacted management through Vrbo app and they responded with the correct code within 15 minutes.”
