From the front, large terrace, you have a nice view of the park in front, at the end of which is another small playground. The terrace is surrounded by plants and invites you to sunbathe as well as to barbecue. For lukewarm summer evenings there is also a small, wind-protected patio behind the house. All shops are within walking distance. In just 100 meters you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy a cup of tea and use the pool.
