- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- Parties and noise after 23:00 are not allowed.

- To use the swimming pool it is important to take a shower beforehand and not to use creams or oils in the water.
- Minors must always be accompanied in the pool. Minimum height of 1,50mt.
- Rubbish must be disposed of regularly in the rubbish bins in the neighbouring streets.
