“During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening.

Tutto molto pulito e in ordine.
Siamo andati in giornate molte calde e peccato non ci fosse aria condizionata.
Per il resto tutto perfetto.”

“ Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.”
