Dont let the pictures fool you

The location and check in process of the home was great. Once inside the home i immediately noticed how dirty the house actually was. The only thing cleaned inside the home was the kitchen counter. Dirty sheets on beds.Hair in bathroom floors and smell of urine in certain bathrooms. Refrigerator had water sitting at bottom. Broken glass, dirt & stains on kitchen floor, Toilet wasnt working in bathroom downstairs. Dirty washcloths still hanging oover shower. Carpets so dirty you had to keept your shoes on. Pool area dirty, pool dirty. Nails sticking up through the carpet flooring. The home was listed as new, but far from new or even properly cared for. Open wine bottle in garage. Christmas flyers in kitchen. We had to leave go Walmart & spend money to clean a property that shpuld have been cleaned upon arrival. Contacted property manage that day & no response til the next morning, which he did have a cleaning crew show up, After we had already cleaned. Only compensation offered, was later check at 5.. which was a joke. Pool guy did show up the next day to clean the pool area. Dont let the pictures fool you.
