Exactly what we needed!

Tons of space and close to Disney! It was clean.. we had the pool right near our unit. The Beach towels were well appreciated. The property is in a very nice complex! Thank you very much!

Quaint Space

Property was great. A couple of minor details we noticed like a couple of broken floor tiles and the older lady next door smokes like a train so if the condo is locked up for a while, you have to air it out a bit. Beds were a little worn but still decent. Overall, the location and amenities were great!! We truly enjoyed the screened balcony and the wildlife we got to observe having our morning coffee.

Not as good as it looks

The pictures make it seem so much nicer. As I entered the room, I tripped and stubbed my toe on a a tile that was missing a huge chunk. The floor boards are sinking in, in some places. There a knife that had a broken handle still in the holder. A lot of baby roaches (they may say it’s water bugs and it’s FL so it’s normal) there was also gold fish crackers left on the couch and dead bugs in the living room. Check out is at 10am and someone walked in at 9:57am realized we were in there then closed the door and knocked. I would not call this a vacation spot if you’re looking for an experience. But if you just need a place to lay your head this might be for you.

Nice place but many things needed work

We enjoyed our stay in the Legacy Dunes, although there were a few things that need work, the oven itself doesn’t work, nor did the kitchen exhaust (we had to open the balcony door to let the smoke out). The floors had some pieces of tile that probably needs to be grouted again and there were dips in the laminated flooring that caused some construction dust to come out of it. Now all this wouldn’t be a problem if it was just the adults staying there but we did have children and it is a BIG hazard for them. All these problems it seems like the property manager knew about but didn’t inform us before our stay. Lastly a few of the amenities were under construction as well so we weren’t able to use them. But we made the most of the stay, besides the other issues the rest of the condo was clean and the check in process was easy.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed at this rental for 4 days and everything was as described. The apartment was in good condition, very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was to find at the very minimum coffee filters, salt, sugar… there was absolutely nothing to even sweetened your coffee, something I had never experienced at any rental. Other than that, we had a nice stay.
