The most spacious of all our properties, the Gran Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is also a queen-sized sofabed in the living area. Each unit includes a highchair and portable play yard, for families travelling with infants. The Gran Bahama villas also feature two full bathrooms - with the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. With a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry room, the Gran Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. So whether you start your day off with a coffee on the screened-in balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds...Bahama Bay is an ideal location for your next Orlando vacation.

Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
