Good time Vacation

Overalll house was nice and clean. Very spacious for large families. My only but is they need to provide extra towels because thats a need . Other than that the stay was good. The kids loved the pool.

Great value for the money.

We were staying here unfortunately during spring break. Host was very responsive. Plenty of fridge space and they had the ice maker already working when we got there.

Pleasant Week Stay

My overall impression of this property was pleasant but not completely enjoyable. This home has the potential of being a great vacation home and would be a home I would consider reserving again if some of the mentioned cons were addressed. I brought my concerns to the property manager(s) and they were very responsive, polite, professional, and apologetic. Because of the character limit, I cannot give a full and complete review as I would like as there were specific pros and cons worth mentioning. With that said, the home was exactly as pictured. However, the family room, dining room, and kitchen appear to be a lot bigger in the pictures than they actually are. The 2nd floor did not get as cool as the 1st floor. Thankfully the weather was cooler which allowed us to keep the home cool as we were limited to reducing the thermostat temperature to what's comfortable for us. Privacy and Cleanliness was a huge concern. There were no window coverings on the sliding glass doors in the family and dining room. The house had a stale smell as soon as you entered. The bathrooms had a septic smell. To ensure they were clean, I cleaned them with the cleaning products I travel with and adding Febreze air freshener spacers to freshen up the spaces, I was able to get rid of the smell. Although the sectional in the family room was large, it was far from comfortable; it's extremely low and lumpy. The covered Lanai is spacious and has the potential to be a great gathering space.
