Great stay!

Property was in a great locations and was very clean inside. The weekend we were in Orlando it was very cold so the property manager happily gave us extra blankets. Overall I would recommend this rental.

Excellent property - convenient, clean, and as-expected

Everything went perfectly: check in was easy, property was clean and exactly as expected, property mgt team was communicative, property was close to Disney parks, and checkout process was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property to others. Kids enjoyed the themed rooms!

Close to Disney, clean, spacious

This location was great, so close to Disney which is where we spent the majority of our vacation. It was more spacious than I thought it was going to be. I did bring my own toiletries and bought trash bags, napkins, toilet paper based on previous reviews and overall preference to use certain products. Overall a great stay, would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was a family get away and we all had a very relaxing and building memories. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a plus. Since it was the thanksgiving weekend, we ate and rested and ate and rested. We liked the fact that it is closed to many attractions where we could all be together or not lol. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much a satisfied customer

Beautiful, but needed some cleaning

The property was beautiful; however, the shower in the master bedroom upstairs was dirty and had to be plunged (wasn’t draining initially). Also, there were we 3 slats missing from the vertical blinds at the back door and a couple cracked tiles downstairs. Although the listing said it had a grill, there was no grill. The resort pool is just across from the property, which was super convenient for the kids.

Nice area but very disappointed

For what we paid we were very disappointed. The condo floors were extremely dirty, had to call for maintenance more than twice due to shower doors were not even on the rails. In 2 of the bathrooms. There was animal pee on the carpets and one one of the comforters. A dog had chewed on the blinds. The blinds going out on the patio were missing pieces. One of the bathrooms the water would not drain. The pans in the kitchen were also horrible. We tried talking to the property management and they would just brush you off or would never answer the phone.

Great location, convenient!

We liked the townhouse, it was perfect for 2 families. Each bedroom has a bathroom and half bathroom by the living room. Pros- 10 mins to Disney, 2 mins to Walmart 20-30 mins to Universal depending on traffics Rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. Cons- if you are looking to cook , not enough cookwares, one usable pot and pan. Only provided basic toiletries like soap and shampoo/conditioner on the first day. I text to get more but no avail, only given garbage bags and 4 rolls of toilet papers. We stayed 8 nights so have to get our own shampoo, soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, tissue, paper towels, toilet papers and laundry pods. All these were not provided like other places we stayed. The management were quick to reply to my text but seems took housecleaning 3 days to pick up garbages, and give us extra garbage bags. The swimming pool is a bit smaller than pictured and crowded the first day we went. We were always going out do we don’t mind small pool. The house satisfied our needs but you just need to get all your own toiletries and tissues papers, paper towels, etc.

Great location from parks

Great location from Disney and Universal parks. A very easy drive in and out from the park. Located right next to a Walmart which makes it very convenient. A very beautiful and clean home. Very spacious, it was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 5 kids (10 yrs and under). We will definitely revisit and stay at the Summerville Resort in the future.
