The ALOFT name is way too big for this property. Old looking. I stay for 3 nights and we couldn't get more than 1 big towel per day. We were 3 at the room. I called the front desk 2 days in a row and received no answer. Parking rate $26 per night for nothing. They had no security guard nowhere. I had stayed before on the Lake Nona property and was so impressed by it . Totally different from this International Drive property. Not going back to this one ever.

It took 2 hours to get towels then when it arrived it was not bath towels. There was gum on the coffee creamer don’t know how they could miss that if you have to clean the area prior to giving a person a room. There was no iron and iron board in the room had to request it. There was no hangers to hang up my outfit as I came for event. You have to pay for parking daily. The only up side it’s close to many restaurants and attractions.
