Senior trip for our extended family

It was well situated to anything Disney. The property was perfect for our 14 people of varying ages. The property had tons to do including a waterpark and mini golf.

Great space and bedrooms

Great stay and great property. Gate check in and return was an issue the first two days but was much better later in the stay. The house was a perfect fit three families to enjoy a week together over the holidays.

Very close to Disney!

Only about 15 mins away from Disney, this property was the perfect place for me and my family to do our annual October vacation. One thing I would suggest is getting there before the clubhouse closes on the first day you check in so that you can get your parking pass right away. We would stay here again!

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at the house, kids had a blast in the game room and had plenty of space with our large group. They also enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks.

Great place!

Perfect house in a great location! The resort-style neighborhood has a TON of amenities and the home itself was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable beds and couches. The only downsides were lack of parking throughout the community and the neighborhood security knocking on our door at 6 am because we had a car with a tire touching the grass. Overall I definitely recommend staying here!

Great Family Vacation

We had an awesome stay at this vacation home! House was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely rent this house again on our next trip to Florida. Thanks so much for making our vacation a wonderful one!

Loved our stay

We were 9 adults and 1 tween that stayed in the villa for 9 nights. We all loved the cleanliness and comfortable beds in the house, as well as the amenities in the house and the resort pool. My 86 year old grandmother had no trouble moving around the first floor incl bathroom with her walker. No rear neighbors and the outdoor fire pit table was a plus. Easy communication with the owner that always replied within half an hour to an hour.

Family & Florida "2024"

Firstly, let's give great thanks to Andes. Great Host! The house shows exactly as is! Yet, being there is so much more. This property--let's call it the "Home" from now on because we felt at home from the moment we entered the gates of this private community. The Home is supplied with all your basic needs to start. The Home's space was spaciously spacious specifically with 9 great bedrooms, game room, theatre and pool. And additionally you have the Property Center with its resort facilities on property entertain tkidss

Beautiful home

The house was beautifully decorated. Clean as can be! The host was outstanding with all communications. Asking requests were taken care of immediately. The electric mixer didn’t work and a brand new mixer was delivered right away. I can’t say enough about how Andes was polite and considerate. Should we come back to Orlando I will definitely check in with Andes Our family had an amazing time.

Bugs!!

This property has not bee. Mainrained properly from a pest control perspective. There were many bugs on the second floor of the house in the bedrooms and even IN THE BEDS THEMSELVES!!! We messaged the property manager from the very first night and asked for a remedy and a pest control person dod mot arrive until day 4 of a 6 day stay. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Our teens dodInot feel comfortable sleeping in the beds afyer the 3rd night of killing the bugs in their rooms so we left snd stayed elsewjere for the last 2 nights. Also, i messaged the property company out a mussjng has tank for the outdoor grill and asked that one be provided. Theh never provided ine so we used the gas tank from the firepit to grill outdoirs. Horrible property and even worse property management. I am requesting a partial refund.

Very spacious home

This was an amazing home, awesome for large families or multiple families. Kitchen and living room and dining area were huge, tonnes of space. 2 AC units helped keep the house very cool. Recommend adding the pool heater for cooler climate seasons. We didn’t at first but we wouldn’t have used the pool for 10 days otherwise, stayed first week of November. Movie room was awesome to have, and backyard fire pit and bbq grill was great. Listing didn’t mention that a bbq was available but it was. It was also nice to enjoy the resort amenities … lazy river, pool, water slide, mini put, gym, etc. Only negative I could find was the baby crib was broken, I had to go to Lowe’s and Jimmy up a fix. The house also lacked some small touches like no dish clothes, pots and pans were poor, same with cooking utensils. House only had 1 fridge so plan accordingly if coming with 15 - 20 guest. We had 17 but it worked. It would have been nice to have some house instructions, other rentals we’ve had in the past came with plenty of instructions. I highly recommend this house, would definitely rebook for another family holiday.

Not Pleased with Stay - Beware of Management

For context, my family and I have stayed at 30 vacation homes in Florida. We typically travel to Florida for our Thanksgiving vacations, and thus, I have experience with vacation rentals and dealing with their management teams.Upon arriving, my sister discovered a large bug in our bathroom area. Bug resembled a roach, which was concerning. The next day, my brother killed two more bugs in the kitchen area. I reached out to management and they asked me to take pictures and send it to their email portal. They promised that someone would come to resolve this issue, they never showed up. We stayed for 5 days and they did not come once or apologized for not coming. Additionally, we paid for the pool to be heated. I reached out to management to ensure it would be heated before our arrival and they said yes, it will be working. We arrived and the pool was cold, kids could not swim. I reached out to management and they sent someone over on day 3 of our trip. They admitted that the spa valve was incorrect and was causing heat not to pour into pool. Even upon admission, management refused to prorate or refund for pool not being heated for entirety of stay. I was legit stunned by this unprofessionalism, even when wrong. I am disappointed with management's unwillingness to resolve issues with bugs in home and pool heating despite constant communication and proof to them. I am sure they will try to debunk this in a response, but this is the truth of our experience. Beware.
