The house looks just like the picture. So the positives ... It does have a nice roomy, open concept downstairs. It also has roomy size bedrooms and bathrooms. The layout of the house is very functional for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked. Now the negatives...To start, the house is hard to find on GPS. Once we did find it, if you have the max allowed of 5 cars, parking is not easy. Even though the kitchen is stocked, things like the can opener, the toaster, etc are broken. The pool table up stairs is so off balance that it leans to one side and you can't play. We woke up Saturday morning to a flooded kitchen. I called the property contact, he didn't answer and called me about 15 minutes later. We told him about the leak, he said he would send someone over in the afternoon. Of course, no one came. So we spent Saturday morning, mopping up the water from the faucet, not something you want to do on vacation. We had to wrap a towel around the handle and keep changing it so we wouldn't have another mess. When we were cleaning up the water we noticed mold on the baseboards so our guess was this was not the first time the faucet had leaked. Even though the house is great in size, the furniture, fixtures, linens and especially the beds are extremely cheap in quality,. Not one of us had a good nights sleep. The other problem with the house is the houses are so close together in the neighborhood, if you have loud neighbors, like we did, its disruptive. We had to have 2 family members go ask neighbors to turn their radio down after 10 pm. The property manager said we could use the grill as long as we cleaned it, but there was no drip pan. As you can see we had lots of problems while staying, and not great help or communication with the property manager; which we have always had great experiences with our property managers. So unfortunately, I would not recommend this house. We travel frequently. This was probably one of the worst experiences we have had with a vacation rental.
