Thank you Jesse, unfortunately one or twice a year, there were some guests a bit loud in the neighborhood from other houses. Everytime this happened, we informed the resort management and I believe measures were taken to make sure the guests in the resort enjoying the stay and respect to the rules.

Hi Mark, thank you so much for providing this comment and I am a little shocked by what you described. All along, in the vrbo's booking site as well as on the contract you signed, it was make very clear that outdoor hottub heating (no need to heat the pool in summer) is optional as majority of the people will happily use the one provided by the resort, and we don't provide BBQ grill either as most of the time it was left dirty and it's hard to clean. I am really puzzled by your claim that you were "charged" for using both hottub or grill. Can you provide evidence ? You never paid nor charged for either. During your 4 nights staying there, there was no single message from your party to inform us any of those issues, if we didn't know we couldn't help. I am very sorry for the noise you claimed that you experienced from the neighboring houses, should we be informed about this, we would have informed the resort and resolved them asap. Again we made clear, this is vacation rental house, and not hotel, we can only supply 1st day of essentials, and especially during pandemic, we don't want to cause issues which may impact guests's concerns. Again, thank you so much for the comments and we will be working on this and provide the best experience we could.

Thank you Jordan for the nice words. The location of the house on the map is based on the house address, and is controlled by the booking site - Vrbo. It could be that this resort is a relatively very new resort, the location system is not up to date. You could use Google map to locate the house, which gives the accurate location. Anyway, it's great all worked out good. Thanks Kenny

Nancy, thanks a lot for the comments, this house is 3 years old and has been fully booked recently during holiday season and what you mentioned below were noticed and just haven't get a vacant time to fix. Now the busy Christmas and New Year period have passed, and we have fixed those issues. As for pool watering, if you had contacted us, we would have call the pool cleaning company come to clean. Never the less, we will review our pool cleaning schedule and make sure it will not have this type of issue again. Thanks a lot and wish you host you again. Kenny

Richard, I am very sorry to hear this. I am just surprised that this was never mentioned to either me or my local property manager during your staying? If this was true, we would have resolved this. We have weekly pool cleaning service and I checked with the service company and all the water was treated just before your arrival, and we have photos to prove that. A/C always works as per setting, the setting can be adjusted to accommodate your preference, as indicated in the checkin instruction, it's a phone call away to my local manager who is just 10 mins away from the house. Again thanks for taking the time to review your stay, regardless we will make sure everything is above the standard, and you are welcome to come back to check out. And we have no problem issuing the refund of your stay, if you can prove me with photos. Thanks Kenny

Hi Leslie Thank you so much for spending the time to write such a lengthy and detailed review. I wish you could have reached out to me to reporting some of the issues as I, as the owner, could have addressed this quickly and easily. I will work with the property managers to upgrade some of the interiors and furniture., and fix the issues you mentioned. When dealing with noisy neighbors, it's best to call the resort management, if that doesn't help call police. I would be disappointed if the mgmt told you that someone was comeing to fix the leak and didn't come. I will check with mgmt co. which I have contracted with and get to the bottom of it. I am sincerely sorry for this. Best of luck.

Hi Paul, thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback. I'd like to address your concern on checkout at 10am and do the cleaning up by then. First, please note, you can request a late checkout as long as there is no one checking in the afternoon, by 4pm, I normally would grant that. This is a huge house with over 4000 sq feet, there is only a 6 hours window between 10am and 4pm to do the cleaning, hence if there is a group coming in by 4pm, checkout by 10 am is required. Also in the checkout instruction, we indicated that "TIME PERMITTING" then you can put the sheets in the laundry room. This is not required. What required is make sure dishes are washed, trashes are collected, bagged and put in the trash cart. Again, thanks a lot and we will make this clearer in the instruction.
