Great stay, great location

The property is located in the gated community of Windsor Palms. The entire compound is well landscaped with nice amenities at the clubhouse and a large pool. We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse, which was exactly as pictured. My kids loved the theme throughout the house. The location is close to everything in US192 and minutes away from Disney. We needed some more cooking pans but made do. Chris from the management company was a great help and accommodated our request for an extra night when the hurricane canceled our flight. The pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it after the hot days out. I will recommend this unit and the Mid Florida Vacation rentals. AAA+++

Wonderful house close to Disney

We have a wonderful 5 day stay at this house!! House was extremely clean and so adorable! We had 4 adults and triplet 8 year olds. Every bedroom had their own bathroom which was soooo amazing for getting ready. The house took maybe 10-15 minutes to get to each Disney park! We had big problems with getting into the house. Our code didn’t work and we had to wait over an hour before we finally got a call back with an override code. After starting our day flying out at 3 am we were exhausted and a bit frustrated with that. However they resolved the issue and we had a great time! The decorations were soooo cute and perfect for a family Disney trip!

Would stay again

We loved the size of the place. We stayed 2 weeks, and the accommodation were great. We are a family of 4 and then my parents joined us. It was very clean, there were plenty of bath towels and the management company was very clear about toiletries and paper towels when we booked so we brought those down with us. We did run out of garbage bags so I would say to have some more of those. The location to Walmart (5 minute drive) and Disney (15 to 20 minutes) both were great! The splash pool we went in one day; but did not go in any other days because we were not sure if it was working as the water was still, so it was not a big deal because the community pool was fantastic, they had a splash pad for the littles too. We did run into a hiccup with the clothes dryer, and Chris was wonderful. He got a repairman there as soon as he could and it was fixed. Chris was great to work with and would definitely use this home or something managed by the Mid Florida Management Group again.

Mostly good

The property was as described. The rugs used on the laminate floors were very slippery. Upon entering the 6 year old in our group slipped and fell. The following morning coming off the bottom step the 14 year old slipped and fel on that rug. This resulted in all rugs being put in the closets. The one rug that did remain resulted in one of the adults stepping on a pin. It was apparent the cleaning could be better as we found a strange piece of metal, a rusty spring and in the master bathroom the door trim next to the toilet was filthy. It appeared as though people had used it to grab on when getting off the toilet. Overall the location to Disney and the safe gated well lit environment I would stay again.
