Gorgeous property! We stay at Vista Cay properties 3-4 times a year and this was our first time in this particular condo and it was exceptional. A lot of space, still very quiet, and everything was clean and comfortable! The only down side we had was we couldn't get the dryer to work, but other than that we loved our stay!

Great stay

We had a lovely stay at Vista Cay, the apartment was just great and we enjoyed the balcony with the view over the little lake. Pool area was also very nice and we enjoyed some afternoon poolside drinks !We chose the area due to the closeness to the convention centre since our son was attending a conference- 5 min drive, also very close to new park Epic Universe. We could also walk easily around the lake and also stop by Publix on our morning walk

Nice place close to things in Orlando

We came in town for a concert and went to universal one day. This place was very clean, elevators worked great. Property was well kept and it was close to everything.

Vista Cay was a great location! The only issue we had was that the condo floor was pretty dirty, and the kitchen needed some updating with the pots and pans and dishware.

This is our second time staying in this unit. We visit Orlando Florida during January to attend my nephews tournament at ESPN. The property is close enough to ESPN and great restaurants within 5 miles. We enjoyed the view of the lake!

Universal studios vacation

Overall experience was very good. Beds were firm, plenty of pillows, a bit too hard. Plenty of room for all of us. Work out facility and pool very nice as well as the bar by the pool. Easy drive to Universal Studios and not far from Disney Springs.

We had a great stay in this condo. Spent every morning watching the sunrise and enjoying the lake view. Conda was clean and had everything we needed. There is no closet in the room with two beds, but we used the closet in the hallway right across from the room entrance. The buolsibg is right near the pool for easy access. Would stay here again.

Spacious, clean, and centrally located!

This apartment was very spacious and was perfect for my friends and I’s stay. There’s a publix and walgreens super close, and a lot of food in the area which was nice. It was very close to all the big orlando attractions. The only thing was that there were no plates, utensils or really any kitchen tools. The check in process was a breeze. The main pool was closed but they provided access to the other one which was gorgeous! I’m overall very happy with my stay; I would definitely book again.

1st time using VRBO for a rental property and was a bit nervous, but am so glad I did. Very easy check in and check out process. Beautiful place with plenty of space for everyone! Convenient to all parks. Little noise with construction, however nothing to interfere with our stay or sleep. Ice dispenser seemed to struggle a bit with pushing the freezer door open when dispensing ice, but again did not take away from the wonderful accommodations and experience. Looking forward to booking again in the near future!

Thanksgiving Break/Universal Studios

The property was well maintained, easy to navigate and felt very safe. Check-in was easy, informative and efficient. The condo was clean, sufficiently stocked and very large. We had a party of 4 (and a small dog) and had more than enough room. The patio and view are a wonderful perk. This is a corner unit at the end of the hall so it was always very quiet and felt private. Lots of open space and trails to walk the pup on property. We had no issues whatsoever and would stay again on another trip. Tip: This building does not have wheeled carts for transporting belongings. I called to check and there are very few on property anymore as they are phasing them out due to abuse and neglect of guests (which I understand). So if you are traveling with a lot of items, I would suggest bringing your own. Great trip!

Awesome property and we had a phenomenal time!

The condo is very roomy with 2 sitting areas. My family and I enjoyed the amenities and will definitely book here again. The pictures do not show how large the rooms are. We contemplated between this resort and Bonnette Creek where we have booked several times before. Bonnet Creek's three bedroom unit is not nearly as roomy as this unit. The view of the lake wa breathtaking!

Great Time at Vista Cay

Our three weeks at Vista Cay were great. The apartment was spacious and clean as advertised. It had a great view of the lake and pool. Excellent WiFi. We spent a great deal of time on the large balcony watching the lake wild life. We enjoyed walking around the lake each day and having a drink at the pool bar. As other reviews have indicated there was very limited kitchen utensil for dining in. We also brought our dog and found the area very pet friendly. We would rent this unit again for sure and highly recommend it.

SeaWorld Stay!

The property was great! It was very quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. There was no toilet paper so that had to be purchased by us. The trash service option outside of the room is a great option. The view of the pool and the lake provided a great opportunity for relaxing on the porch. The pool was a great. I wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub but it was packed full with a lot of young kids. Many places within walking distance or a short drive. Easy to get in and out of. With the change over in internet, we did not have wifi in our room.

Not stocked or kept up well

When we arrived the following items were broken: Kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, shower door rod, TV, some cooking pans (handle missing), and utensils. We called Vista Cay and reported the repairs, they provided new pans and replaced the faucet, the rest of the items they did not fix and said it was up to the owner to approve. The condo says it sleeps 8, however, we only had enough utensils for 5 people. This condo is not like most VRBOs stocked with kitchen items and supplies. We had 3-4 cooking utensils and hardly any silverware (someone left plastic fast food silverware, so we used that). No coffee or salt and Pepper, to be honest the residence Inn provides more kitchen items then what this owner is stocking.

Great location

Two faults were that we tried for an early check in and house keeping said the room was ready and it was still hours till we got into the room. Not sure if that’s bc we booked it on Vrbo and it’s a condo in Vista Cay and there’s a communication issue or what but frustrating when we had kids who needed to nap. Also I didn’t take a high chair bc it’s listed under amenities and there was none in our room. Maybe something they will hopefully update for future renters. Place was beautiful and location was fantastic.
