Living space
The ground floor sets the tone immediately. A welcoming foyer opens into a generous open-plan layout where the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room flow effortlessly toward the screened patio and heated pool beyond. Water views sit just past the pool enclosure, giving the common areas a calm, unhurried backdrop. The layout is wide enough for large groups to move through comfortably without ever feeling crowded, and the screened patio means warm Florida evenings can be spent poolside without the bugs.
Upstairs retreat
Head upstairs and the second floor offers its own centre of gravity. A family room with a TV, sofa, PlayStation 5, and soundbar gives kids and teens a dedicated hangout zone, keeping the main living areas free for the adults. Laundry facilities are also located on this floor - a practical detail that makes a real difference during a longer stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 16+ guests across eight bedrooms configured for flexibility. On the ground floor, a king bedroom has its own ensuite, and a queen bedroom shares a bathroom with convenient outdoor access. Upstairs, the primary king suite sits at the heart of the floor. Two queen bedrooms share a private bath, two themed bunk bedrooms share another private bathroom, and an additional queen ensuite offers extra privacy for guests who want it. Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of this size. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table seats the group together, and the kitchen's open position within the main living area means whoever's cooking never misses the conversation. To get you started, the home provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels.
Bathrooms
Six bathrooms serve the home, with a mix of ensuite and shared configurations across both floors. Each is stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, and the home includes a bathtub alongside standard shower facilities.
Resort amenities
Staying at Bella Vida means access to resort amenities beyond the home itself - including a clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, walking trails, and lakes. The gated community setting adds a layer of ease for families traveling with children.
IMPORTANT: The community pool will be closed starting Friday, November 6, due to resurfacing. The project is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks. Please message us to confirm whether the pool is available before your visit.
Location
Kissimmee puts Central Florida's biggest draws within easy reach. Walt Disney World is approximately 6-8 miles away (roughly 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and park), Universal Orlando Resort is around 15 miles (20-30 minutes), and SeaWorld Orlando is approximately 14 miles (20-25 minutes). Orlando International Airport is about 17 miles out - a 20-30 minute drive. Disney Springs, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, and LEGOLAND Florida round out the options for days when you want something different.
Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
