Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $65 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Access to Windsor Island Resort:
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate.
Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you

No parking on grass or sidewalks Strictly prohibited.

One-side street parking only Follow posted street signs.

No street parking on Kaipo Rd. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM.

Parking Allowances:

Townhomes: Up to 3 cars.

40 s-style Homes (5-7 bedrooms): Up to 4 cars.

50 s-style Homes (8-10 bedrooms): Up to 5 cars.

Oversized Parking Information:
Oversized parking is available for $75 daily. To reserve a spot, please visit the Clubhouse. Unauthorized vehicles parked in the oversized parking area without a reservation will be towed.

Action Required: Please ensure all guests are aware of these rules to avoid towing. Compliance helps us enhance parking availability and safety for everyone.

In addition to all this, there s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
