For the most part everything was good.The couple things I did not like was.No ice machine and front desk did not know it.Pool lights shine into room at night.Waitress or lack of waitress at Drafts bar.Texting with staff was excellent and they were on top of everything.

Location was lovely, convenient to conference center with a car. Bed was comfortable and amenities were adequate. Loved the coffee available, host was responsive to inquiries. Met our needs for the 2 nights we stayed.

The room looked much better in person. Likes the toilet being seperate, the spa tub and spacious shower. Everything so neat. IKEA at the desk very respectful and helpfulFor all our needs. The grounds were amazing the cello was and variety of flora. I enjoyed many walks along the trail and out to the gazebo. So many birds! Suggest way to make the doors quieter for the audios the vacuum sounds. Also suggest mirror and a small broom for cleaning up. Wonderful stay. Food at the restaurant and pizza place recommended.

Excellent apartment. Definitely will book again when visiting Orlando. I went with my wife and didn’t have to use many of what the resort offered but for families with kids, it would be great.

Perfectly clean, stocked, the washing machine was an amazing bonus, bed was super comfortable, pool was relaxing, and the staff were all so pleasant. Located very close to major attractions. Overall, an excellent experience.

Birthday Weekend Vacation

My family and I had a great weekend stay here. The room was very clean and nice. Just as the posting says. Had everything we needed there. There is so much to do at the resort that you don’t even need to leave honestly. Will definitely be back.

Great Stay

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was Great! There are things to do at the resort so you don’t have to really leave. We came to go to a few attractions and my son had a blast. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We are already planning to come back and WestGate will be where we stay!

Westgate Studio Stay

The unit itself was clean and acceptable. The studio units A&B at this complex are accessible through a single entry. Not the fault of the host, but the other unit was occcupied by an individual partied during their stay and the smell of Marijuana permiated into our unit. Since the complex is in close proximity to attractions, noise from the pools went to 11 pm. Again not fault of host. Thank you.

Host very nice, property not so much

Started off rough with a 30 minute wait to register for guests. There was a separate shorter line for owners. I timed it when I saw 17 people ahead of me. When I got to the desk, one night was reserved instead of two. One call to Jake and that was quickly resolved. When we got to the room, the AC was not blowing. Thermostat was set at 75. Maintenance came and unit was frozen up. He fixed it and it was fine that night. Next night, AC froze up again. Wifi didn’t really work the whole time. Front desk said there were too many people on it. Checkout was 10am. Housekeeping started knocking at 945 asking when we were leaving.

Nice affordable resort

This property was perfect for me. My daughter has a dance competition at Orange County Convention Center. It was a short drive over there. The check in process was super easy. The room was nice and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. I enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub. I ran every morning out by the lakes. It was beautiful. There were several pools to choose from. The one I chose was nice and not overcrowded. The last night parking was a little crowded so I had to walk a bit but I didn’t mind. The resort is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the parks.
