There is convenient shopping with Wal-Mart, Publix, Banks and Post office all within a few minutes of the villa. There are over 150 different restaurants along the US192 including Outback, Red Lobster, Chilli's, Black Angus, McDonald's and many more.....
Official check-out time is 10 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will
result in a $100 fine for delay inside the first hour after official
check-out time.

Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund and eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected.
- NO SMOKING
You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.
- NO PETS
We do not allow pet and the default carries a fine of $ 300.
- Please keep all communication centralized via Airbnb, as per platform
policy, as well as both Guests and Hosts safety.
