Pool and Spa heat is an additional $40 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature.

Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
