Nice homey retreat after a day of softball games

Property had enough space for our family. Nice size kitchen table to play games at. Bedrooms and bathrooms also very nice. Community pool was very nice and clean.

Mom/daughter trip

We booked solely to decompress and sit by the pool/swim for a few days. The house is beautiful and clean. There were plenty of kitchen pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Instacart and door dash were easily delivered to location. Both the owner and management company were quick to reply to any questions. Usually when I stay at a Vrbo there are a few coffee filters, salt and pepper, and cooking spray just so you have the basics. Also, outdoor seating is lacking. A chair by the outdoor table or on the upper deck would be perfect for morning coffee. The lounge chairs are very hard and uncomfortable. This may not be an issue for most if they are there to visit parks. I paid extra to have the pool heated, but it still felt cold and so we didn't utilize the pool at night as planned. Other than that, house was great and was an amazing value!

Great Stay but a couple of small tweaks would make it perfect.

Stayed for two week end of May 2025. Just the two of us (my partner and myself - adults). Property was easy to find and had an allocated parking space, really nice location further enough away from the main Orlando strip but not too far away from Walmart, local food establishments and other amenities. Check in was easy. Door code worked fine! House is large and clean, good appointed bedrooms and a modern light minimal feel which is very much our taste (hate dark woods and dated decor personally) so this was great. The plunge pool was a welcome dunk after a hot day out. Kitchen was well appointed we didn’t cook in the property but had everything we needed should we wanted to have done so. Everything you need is there and worked fine. Air conditioning was great and maintained a coolHouse during our stay. There were a couple of issues that occurred during our stay but management company responsive and helpful. Points to improve: 1. There is a lovely patio by the pool but NO table and chairs outside so you can’t enjoy poolside dining. Only 2 sun beds. No chairs either which limits your outside use. 2. Master bedroom has a lovely balcony but again no chairs or table on it. Would have been lovely to sit and have coffee. Please - a note to the owners - purchase a table and chairs as it would really enhance the guest experience to be outside and enjoy the lovely weather. We would however stay again!

Beautiful Townhouse in Clermont by Wonder Vacations

My 2 teen daughters(13 & 15), husband & myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1639 Tranquil Avenue. The property was exactly as described & as the pictures depicted. We also LOVED how clean everything was including the pool & deck area. The only reason I took a star away from location etc… was simply because it’s not walkable to any stores or restaurants. Not a short walk anyways. However THAT was one of the reasons I chose that location. We enjoyed it being slightly out of the tourist busyness. Everything is a very short drive away so it didn’t pose a problem for us.The only cons of this townhome that we encountered were very minor. I personally prefer to be able to contact the homeowner/landlord via phone calls ONCE we’ve arrived. I simply find it more convenient & time friendly. They do have it in the listing that it’s not a way to contact them so it’s really not on them. I figured it wouldn’t bother me but there were a few times that a phone call would’ve just streamlined things. Also just a small suggestion. I LOVED the upper deck off of the master suite. I feel it’d be MUCH more enhanced with a small bistro set provided or even just 2 chairs. Nothing fancy but it would help make that deck more user friendly. This is just a suggestion, not a deal breaker at all. Overall this place hit our expectations & needs out of the park!! We so enjoyed ourselves & our first interaction with Wonder Vacation Homes. We definitely plan to utilize your MANY different options again!
