Great place!

Exactly as listed! Clean rooms, spacious, rather well stocked kitchen, secure community, great communication and response time from Shavonne, only 20-30 min from Disney/Universal. A great fit for us and we really enjoyed our stay; would definitely stay here again!

DO NOT DO IT!!!

We experienced a family emergency that required us to leave the state unexpectedly. We reached out to the property manager to discuss the possibility of a partial refund given the circumstances, but our request was denied. Additionally, the property did not match its advertised description. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the experience and felt the management was uncooperative.

Wonderful community! Pool is nice and warm!

Enjoyed our stay at Shavonne's in Venetian Bay Village! The home was nicely decorated, had everything we needed and she was always pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to visit again!
