Quiet Clean Place

Only thing is the Stove TOP Doesn’t work and there is no cooking sheets for oven. Could have Paper Towels and Dish Soap for convenience.

Pleasant.

Everything was good. The Venetian blinds to the back was messed up and quite annoying and there was way too much dishes, but that's really the only issue I had. I enjoyed the stay. I woukd recommend it to a friend!

Wonderful house

The home was as listed.. Take advice, very limited staples in the home. The listing advises as such.. Take extra detergent, soap, wash cloth’s etc. pool was very nice. Game room wasn’t usable, pool table had 1 broken pool cue and the garage floor was really a mess. All in all, the inside of the home was very nice…Kind of far away from things with really heavy traffic on 27.

It was decent

The house was a beautiful home. Probably needed a REALLY good clean. The pool heater was broken during our stay so we didn’t use the pool, which was very unfortunate because that was one of our main amenities that we wanted.

Good house with some issues

Pros: The house was clean, had plenty of room, and a great neighborhood about 25 minutes from Disney. Cons: 1 stove eye didn’t work, Wi-Fi was iffy on connection because it kept kicking us off, twin beds we pretty terribly uncomfortable, toilet overflowed in bathroom between twin bedrooms about every 3 rd flush, no dishwashing liquid on site, 3 wash cloths total, ants (but they had spray). 1 roach in kitchen, only cable in the living room, other room had small TVs with DVD players. The TVs weren’t a problem for us but the other things were issues.

Fun Time

The property was in a good location. My family enjoyed the house and the recreation that came with it. The house was in a good location for the parks and the drive time.

Nice location, decent house...BUT definitely had issues!

My wife and I (and our 8 lb chihuahua) rented this house for a 4th of July getaway and family gathering. The house itself was very nice - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 king suite with huge master bath; 1 queen suite with an attached bath; 2 rooms with twin beds with a bathroom between them). The pool area in back was lovely. The neighborhood was also very nice and everyone seemed friendly. The main issue was that the house was only "surface clean", and was extremely dirty in some areas. There was an area rug in the living room on top of the carpet. When we lifted it to vacuum, we could really see how filthy the carpet actually was. The furniture in the bedrooms was old but sufficient. However, the TVs in all of the bedrooms were so small, you couldn't see them... my laptop screen was bigger! The last issue was the flies!! There were obviously holes or other ways for them to get into the screened pool area, therefore, as soon as the door was opened, they would fly into the house (especially at night). They were so bad that we went out and bought 3 fly swatters. I would stay up every night and kill at least a dozen large flies in our room and bathroom (master). My sister did the same in the other rooms. Overall, our family made the best of things and had a great time. However, I do think that these issues should be addressed before renting this house in the future.
