Best Vacation!
We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well stocked with items! Pool was great - we didn't use the hot tub but it looked great too! Plenty of room for large families it was just my husband and I so we didn't use all the rooms. Lots to do in the area besides Disney!

This is our second year staying at this property for a baseball tournament. It’s perfect for our family. The pool is especially nice for the younger kids during down time. Close to Orlando & Kissimmee for activities. Grocery stores are right around the corner.

Great place to stay!
The house was clean, well-kept, and just as described. The backyard had privacy with a big open view. The Publix was close by, and Disney was about 30 minutes away. The pool and much of the house seemed recently renovated. The pool was well-kept and heated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was big and well-stocked, and the tv's/wifi worked perfectly. There were also plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Most of all, the homeowner was fantastic at communication and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great long weekend in Orlando
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our family of seven. We were in the pool multiple times every day and really enjoyed it. It is close to a lot of attractions in Orlando, but the neighborhood is quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean house with a heated pool
The house was as described, clean and well appointed. There were tons of towels which was a nice change, since many rentals we've stayed in give only one per person. The game room was fun and the kids played in there a ton. The pool and spa were great, though just keep in mind the heat is only on from 9-9 so when it's colder out the water doesn't get comfortable until mid day. James was very friendly and quick to respond. Busy area, especially trying to get into I-4, but has everything you could want or need within 15 minutes of the house. If you choose to stay here you won't be disappointed. I would recommend this rental!

Nice place, enjoyed our visit
This was a very reasonably priced place. It is big, with a nice pool and hot tub, game room in the garage and plenty of towels and toiletries for the stay. To get to universal or sea world requires a drive up I-4, so traffic can be bothersome, but if you time it right, it isn’t a problem.

Great place to stay near Disney!
James was super nice and very accommodating. The house was very clean and well appointed. The hot tub and pool were great. I just wish the hours went a little later as far as having the heat on for the hot tub. Overall, it was a great day and I will definitely bring the family back when I’m in the area next time.

Great stay!
This property is lovely and well equipped for everything we needed. The pool was heated to a good temperature and the pool deck got sun all day. James was very responsive to any questions and Max was too. We have stayed on West Haven before and it never disappoints. It is close to a range of shops and eateries so no need to get delayed on the I-4. The new Fords Garage was a favourite this time. I can recommend Jade Villa and this location. It is great.

My husband and I stayed the whole month of February. It was perfect for us with the layout of the house and pool area. Beautiful scenery behind the house and privacy. There were a few issues when we first arrived but James and Mac were on it and everything fixed. The neighborhood is lovely.

Nice open concept home with 4 good sized bedrooms with 3 washrooms. Tile floors everywhere. Great sunny south facing private backyard with pool and spa and lanai. Great stay. Will return.

My family and I found the property adequate. Not as updated as I expected. Twin beds very comfortable. King and queen not as much. Living room furniture not comfortable. Kitchen utensils lacking. But with our visits to parks, we weren’t there full time. Adequate stay.

I would like to take this opportunity to address some of your comments: 1. I apologize that you weren’t as satisfied on the king and queen beds. We wanted to let you know that all the beds in our home are equipped with top quality mattresses and the majority of our guests have found them very comfortable. We understand that comfort is subjective, differing from person to person, so wanted to apologize again that the king/queen weren’t to your preference. 2. Since we keep a large set of kitchen utensils and cutlery stocked in our home, I believe your comment regarding the “kitchen utensils lacking” may be specifically referring to the lack of salad tongs you mentioned in our communications when you checked out (i.e., you said “salad tongs would have been appreciated”). Had you let me, or the property manager, know during your stay, we would have been happy to purchase and provide you with one. Please don’t hesitate to let us know of your needs during the time of your stay.

Perfect vacation house
The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was because there was an issue with the jacuzzi for the first several days we stayed BUT the owner James and property manager Mac were both TOP NOTCH. They were both on top of it right away and even refunded us the cost of heating the pool and jacuzzi which was above and beyond. The only other thing is all the games in the game room are broken in some way. Besides this our stay was beyond amazing. They have herons that literally come and eat out of your hand. The property and house was absolutely amazing. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever stayed in, on a vacation and the communication with the owner was superb. I would highly recommend if staying in Florida and looking to get to Disney. Everything was within 30 minutes and we were never bored. We would most definitely stay again when we come back to Florida.

Thanks Amara. I am sorry about the technical issue with the jacuzzi. As you know, the pool technician tried to resolve the issue right away, but due to the supply chain constraint, he has to wait for the parts. The good news is the supply-chain constraints are easing, we should not have this kind of trouble in the future.

Wonderful place

Great location
This property had everything they advertised. It’s two children bedrooms are adorable and fun for the littles. The master bedroom was spacious and the other bedroom with adjoining bathroom was perfect. We had difficulties navigating the remotes for the TV’s but I’m sure this was user error. We really didn’t use TV much anyway because we spent most of our leisure time at the pool. The pool was a great size and temperature. The spa heats up by having the jets on. They both were very clean and the perfect way to end a long day. The BBQ was a great touch and allowed us to cook in on one of our pool days. The lounge furniture and table were clean and comfortable. The house had a couple small laundry baskets, beach ball, diving toys, at least 7 pool noodles and sand toys. It also had a smaller cooler available. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. They also had plenty of linens including beach towels available. They had dishwasher and dishwashing soap as well as trash bags when we left. We left some hand soap, laundry soap, paper plates and toilet paper for the next guests. A great selection of dining options, delivery options were easy through Grub Hub and Uber Eats. The game room was nice to use and offered a fun place out of the sun. SeaWorld and Disney trips took us a full 30 minutes to drive due to high traffic. Overall a great stay and I’d recommend.

our disney trip!
Excellent house plenty of space, very clean, loved that it had three bathrooms, laundry room and a play room, it was conveniently located as well, you have shopping close by and it was 15 minutes from the disney parks. I would without doubt highly recommend this home!

Very comfortable and private
The house is exactly how you see in the pictures; spacious, inviting and it felt homey. Checking in and out was seemless. The beds are comfortable (we only used the 2 master bedrooms) and our infant slept comfortable in the crib. The house was clean but some of the dishes weren't as clean so we had to rewashed it, no biggie. The homeowner responses quickly and is very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again

Amazing property 🌟
When me my husband and our two young daughters got to the property we instantly fell in love!! It was enough space for our kids to play. They spent most of their time in the game room or in the pool! Me and hubby enjoyed hot tub on the evening side. Overall my stay was wonderful and I definitely would stay again. Great location for all attractions. We didn’t enjoy to much because of COVID and we just wanted to get the girls out to have time in the pool. Owner was prompt and answered all our questions and called the day we arrived to make sure we were settled. Thank you 😊

My husband and I brought the whole family. Daughter, son-in-Iaw and 2 grandkids ages 4 and 8. Approximately 30 minute drive to the Disney parks (high traffic). Kids enjoyed the pool and game room! The owner James was in contact with me the day of our arrival with information regarding our stay. No problems at all. Shopping, grocery and restaurants nearby at Championsgate. This was our first time utilizing VRBO and will definitely use for all our vacations.

House is beautifully designed. Very spacious and comfortable. We paid for pool heating and the temperatures were great - kids got into the pool even at night and when it was raining outside :) I preferred the hot tub with its 100° 😉 Game room, with basketball, Foosball, and air hockey kept kids occupied. Kitchen - well equipped, just remember to bring some dish soap & sponge, dishwasher capsules, and basic condiments like oil, salt and spices. A great selection of restaurants nearby to order in or pick up. I highly recommend Tijuana Flats. 20 minutes to Disney.

Great Time Had By All
There were seven of us and this house was the perfect size and very accommodating. The A/C went out on our second day and it took a few days to get fixed, but the property manager and the owner were both very quick to respond and did everything they could to take care of us. A new unit was installed mid-week. Very clean, very nice. Will be back.

Lovely villa in a great location.
Jade Villa was everything we hoped it would be. It was beautifully presented and clean on arrival and in a very nice location. Jade Villa is not like the usual generic vacation rentals, where everything is white and basic. The villa has been thoughtfully decorated throughout and the splashes of colour provide a warm and homely feel. The beds and furniture were comfortable and of a good standard. For someone who enjoys to cook, the kitchen provided everything needed and in generous amounts. The outside pool area was very clean with furniture for relaxing and backed on to open grassland. There is a shaded area for people who do not want to be in the sun. The pool itself was one of the cleanest we have had and was serviced on a weekly basis. We paid extra for pol heat, which took the chill from the water. The pool has a safety fence to protect young children from danger. I contacted the management company three times during our stay, once by phone and twice by email. On each occasion my enquiry was dealt with promptly, which was very reassuring. I would recommend Jade Villa for its comfort and location. I can honestly say it was one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and the extra effort that has been put into its decoration and furnishings sets it apart. We had a wonderful vacation and a big thank you to James, the owner, for his fast and efficient responses to my emails. All in all, Jade Villa was the perfect place to stay for us. Thank you.

Met our needs
House was very nice and clean. It looked just as expected based on the pictures. Perfect area for our trip to Disney World. Close to good restaurants and grocery store. My only complaint was the pool. I was told it would be heated and it wasn’t when we arrived. I contacted management and she said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

House is approximately 45 minutes from airport. Close to highway for access on/off.
The pool/hot tub were both COLD. The house fit our needs and was clean.

Hi Theresa, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the pool water temperature. I wish you had contacted us during your stay as the pool technician could have checked and fixed the issue. We do have a local property manager and pool technician that regularly maintain the pool equipment, but as with any other machine, sometimes a malfunction can still occur.
