I don’t have elaborate check out instructions, just a few requests… You can leave unopened food. It will be donated to the local food bank. Please throw away anything that is open.
You are not required to clean the home. However, there will be an additional cleaning charge processed if the property is left in a condition that would require excessive cleaning.
Please take out the trash, close & lock all windows when you leave, don’t forget to log off accounts from the Smart TV’s, video games and check for personal items. We will take care of the rest 😊
