-No sharing--you own everything of this property with a private back yard.
-One bed room is in the main floor--convenient for those who don't want to climb stairs. Nice back yard backing a pond. In a gated safe and quiet community.
-Parking----One dedicated parking lot in front of the town house entrance door. 2nd vehicle can park in the gated community street.

Guest access
You will get the gate code and door code to access the house anytime that fits in your travel schedule.
Other things to note
The house is cleaned and set up like hotel when previous guests leave. Towers are provided. I have soap bars and bath tissues in bath rooms, but the clean company will not come during your stay to replenish . Guests are encouraged to bring personal items, like shampoo, etc.
