The Space:

The fully screened outdoor space includes a comfortable seating area for four, a sparkling private pool, and a safety gate for added peace of mind with young children. Slide open the panoramic-style glass doors—a full wall of light—and let the breeze connect your outdoor oasis to the warm and spacious living area inside. A plush sectional, cozy armchair, and smart TV create the perfect spot to gather for movie nights or to relax after a day of adventure.



The sleek kitchen is both stylish and functional, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, rich brown granite countertops, and dark cabinetry. Pull up a stool at the counter for a quick bite or enjoy a more formal meal in the adjacent dining nook, which seats five comfortably in a cozy corner near the sliding doors. Upstairs, a second living area awaits—a loft retreat designed for entertainment. Sink into gaming chairs, fire up the Xbox, or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, all in a space that’s perfect for kids, teens, or anyone looking to unwind.



When you’re ready to explore, you'll love how close you are to the magic. Walt Disney World Resort is just a 15-minute drive away, making spontaneous park days a breeze. This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests in 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed, a twin size bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Stairs required.

• During your stay, you'll find an amenities key card provided for your use. This card grants access to the community amenities. Please remember to return it to the unit before you check out to avoid a replacement fee.

• This home is equipped with one external security camera located at and actively monitoring the front entryway.

• Patio grills.

• Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.

• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.

House was very clean and nicely laid out. Resort was great. Kitchen could be better with some tea towels and serving/mixing bowls. Pool heater was broken and water was too cold. Kids were very dissapointed..we couldn't use it.For days in it would be nice to have some board games available for more entertainment.
