This modern and spacious 4-bedroom villa, located near Disney, is the
perfect accommodation for up to 8 guests. The villa boasts open-plan
living and dining areas, providing a comfortable and welcoming
atmosphere for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a
convenient breakfast bar and ample seating, making meal preparation and
dining a breeze. For relaxation and entertainment, the villa features a
private pool and sunloungers, allowing you to soak up the Florida sun
and unwind in style. Additionally, an inviting alfresco dining area
provides a great setting for enjoying meals outdoors. This home is
situated in the Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious gated community,
just minutes from the main gate at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres
of land, this resort offers a fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a
communal pool with a spa and beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a
more active holiday will benefit from access to the communal gym,
multiple sports courts and three different children's play areas.

Please be aware that a non-refundable Resort Access Fee is charged at
$20/vehicle (plus tax) upon arrival at this resort. A minimum charge of
one vehicle applies, and a maximum of five total vehicles are
permitted.

We had a great time staying here. We were in town for a conference, so did not get to use all of the amenities. But it was a fantastic area with lots of good restaurants and places to eat near by. Our place was very clean, as well.
