Wee had booked this property for 2 weeks. When we got to property we saw the oven was broken and extremely dirty which caused us to leave after a day and half. They did send a handyman but he just took pictures and acknowledged that it was broken. Property management said that we could leave and we did get a refund but it ruined the first few days of vacation as we had to unpack and pack all in a day and half. They also did not provide us with another property and I needed to find one on my own on short notice. They also wanted us to leave at 10 when check in for all homes are at 4. We had to go back and forth until they finally agreed to let us stay as where did they expect us to go for all those hours? WiFi and TVs were not working. Handyman attempted to fix it but he couldn't figure it out and said they would need to call the Internet company. This property only has Roku TV. It does not have access to spectrum/cable TV. Kitchen bar stools and dining room chairs need to be replaced as they are very worn out. As written in a previous review, the company never answers the phone and it always says you are first in que. They communicated with me through the VRBO app. They responded quickly before we stayed and when trying to contact them during issues there were some delays in responses. I had to request calls thru the app. (Which were infrequent) House is spacious and with some updates and a new oven would have been a nice stay.
