Family trip

Our stay overall was amazing the house was great, clean and spacious. The resort pool, waterslide and lazy river are very nice for days off. The only hiccup was we booked and had requested the pool be heated, our request was never put in, we called once we got there, was supposed to be done and by half the trip it had not been actioned so we called to cancel, pool was freezing and we did not get to enjoy it.

Great place to stay

The place was just like it looked in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and lots of bathrooms and bedrooms! It’s a bit of a walk to the main building with the pool and lazy river but if you have a vehicle, it’s a very short drive.

Inconsistent experience

The house itself is nice. But many things are broken and have issues. The stove knobs are broken, one pulled off entirely. The others at times couldnt even rotate to turn off the gas burner. Ac issues as well. The fridge was set to the warmest temperature and the freezer was melting making a large mess.

Relaxing but needs updating

It was a very nice stay but there was a few things needing updating. The Greenpan large frying pan had none of its ceramic coating, so everything stuck to it and hard to clean (no matter how much cooking spray or butter used). The place also needs a fresh paint job and new carpet upstairs. The home was clean but had a dingy feel due to the walls.

Amazing HUGE property with everything you need!

Vacation stay

Everything was amazing, spacious home with all necessities needed. Would definitely recommend to other families. Loved our stay. We did not have WIFI the entire time and barely any phone service; however it turned out perfect because we stayed clear of electronics and enjoyed family time.

Vacation experience

The property was sufficient but if you want it as a place to stay for Disney and other attractions you need to take route 4 and it is extremely busy. You would be better off staying closer to Disney possibly in walking distance to Disney Springs where you can take a bus to all the attractions.

Best luxury house rental

This was my first time using the VRBO app and this experience has surpassed my expectations. My family and I all each had rooms and still some room left. This rental felt like it was a hotel but with home vibes. Definitely recommend this for a big family/group.

Large, spacious, clean, lovely home

Loved the spaciousness. 4 of the 7 bedrooms had private baths which was really great. Very clean, great communication when needed, but the pool and hot tub don’t get very warm in the winter months even if you pay for heat. Day 3 of our stay it was finally warmish enough to get in, (others may think it’s sufficient not being too warm.) Great location. Gated, quiet community. Beautiful area. Very nice clubhouse pool and hot tub for a small fee. Would stay again, just would not pay to heat the pool/hot tub in the winter, we would just go to the clubhouse and pay to use theirs; it’s one small fee for your whole group for your entire stay. The lazy river is not heated, though. I would recommend they consider investing in that.

Independence Day Holiday Stay

We arrived later than we expected to the property however the check in at the gate and access to get into the property was smooth. We did have issues with the a/c, there was water on the floor in the kitchen (which we later found as we ran dishwasher), there was ice that was stuck in ice machine and the floor was all wet in the master king sized room on the main floor. We did have plenty of space in the home. The kids all enjoyed the pool and spa on property. And location was close to all the major entertainment venues.

As Advertised

Lovely home, beds needs updating, more pots/pans would be helpful, wifi was horrible, wish they would allowed jacuzzi heating all year round for a few. Besides these cons the house was spectacular and exactly as advertised, neighborhood was lovely, shops/stores not too far away but traffic can be horrible at certain times. We would all DEFINITELY stay here again.

Pretty cool home

We had 12 guest and it accommodated us just fine. The house was clean, spacious and as pictured online. My kids enjoyed the game room. Only issue we had was the washer not working properly and the dishwasher had a leak when ran. We didn’t experience any issues with the WiFi or the AC as other guest described. If you are traveling with small kids I recommend you cleaning off the back patio before allowing your kids out there bc there were a generous amount of rat poop, that we had to wash away prior to enjoying the pool. Aside from that, the house was clean, mostly everything worked fine, there was enough towels and linen for everyone, & ample amount of parking. Would definitely recommend this home!!

Not what we expected

We're usually pretty easy going, but this one was a thumbs down for us. Carpet throughout was absolutely filthy. Pool wasn't heated, so wasn't usable yet. Circular area pictured in pool isn't a hot tub. Tack strip between master bedroom and bathroom pierced our feet a few times. Gross. Master and living room TV didn't work. We changed remote batteries, tried many things. Freezer was leaking. Bathroom surrounds and caulk were pretty dirty. Lighting was super dingy. Can't override away setting on thermostat set to 78. Yuck. Plenty of room and great neighborhood though!

Good and Bad

The place was large and comfortable. The neighborhood was like an inner city with cars and motorcycles racing up and down the street at late hours and neighbors being way too loud after 11 pm. This area seems to attract a certain demographic so good luck trying to reason with them. The guy at the gate said the two-spot parking rule was very strict but on my street cars were parked everywhere! It was ridiculous. I'll never rent this place again. We'll look for an area that's a lot less "urban."

Not bad at all

Great Vacation home I would stay there again, but my only request would be that they correct the wifi issue and spray for ants. It was very annoying having to constantly connect to the guest wifi connection which was not a good connection every time we left and came back to the house, because we couldn't connect to the wifi assigned to the house and customer service was no help in the matter. Overall after we sprayed and got rid of the ants all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Worst place ever!!!

Hot hot hot!! Upon arrival temp was set at 80 degrees. We all burned up all night. Every day we left, someone with WiFi access to thermostat would turn in up to 80 degrees. We requested spa to be heated but never happened. WiFi there was terrible. Beds were like rocks. Vacasa management was worthless to work with. I reached out to VRBO and they routed me back to Vacasa… Hahaha!!!! Please don’t stay here… My family had a miserable stay.

Perfect house for a nice vacation

My family and I stayed here for a 2 week vacation. The house looked exactly like it did online and we were very happy with the house. We did not have enough bath towels, so I called management and the next day, they were delivered to the house. I had another issue and they came to resolve it. The Wi-Fi was great in the house, we had no issues. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was that every time we opened the fridge it would move up. We had to hold down the freezer door when we opened the fridge so it wouldn’t move. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay here.
