Property needs updates/improvements

The facility was ok. But the pictures are very outdated. The property has been well used and in rough shape upon our arrival. It is not a bad place to stay and it fit the needs for the size group we had but the property needs work.

Family Trip

The home was in a great location. Had great space for a family of 21 of us. Everyone enjoyed everything. The only issue was there are some small items in home that need repair. Then for the price you pay for one week you have to pay extra to heat the pool.

This house was beautiful inside & out . The property manager were very nice people they were there when I needed to reach them . The area was nice and quiet . Me and my family is planning our 2nd annual family vacation right now and we are planning to booked this house again

Wonderful Experience

Maria was the best host anyone could ask for! She checked on us frequently by emailing and letting us know do not hesitant if there was antything we needed! The house was gorgeous and it was clean and everything i expected it to be! We really enjoyed ourselves and will be booking with Maria again! We encourage anyone to book with her she is the best! Thank you so much Maria for your kindness and everything you did for us during our stay!

The house was beautiful and spacious, close to shops and restaurants and that is always a plus. We had a minor issue with the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, but this was something that was later resolved by the owner and we truly appreciate it. If you ask me would I stay again, I would say definitely.

Great house and great trip

We stayed here for a week for a cheer comp with 2 other families. We had 19 people staying and had plenty of room for everyone. Property management company were very responsive and easy to contact. The only issue is that the kitchen could use more things for a house that holds so many people.

Cheer trip

The property manager was great from the time we booked to the time we arriving was able to message with any questions and they answered very quick. The place was very nice and we had space so no one had to be crowded

Nice home but. . .

The home itself was nice and the layout worked well for us but due to some ancillary issues I would not stay there again. First, the home was not as clean as it should have been. Most areas were fairly clean but some corners had accumulated dirt and debris and partially eaten candy was found on a closet floor. That should not have been overlooked. But the biggest issues were not directly related to the home itself.First, upon arrival our gate codes would not work. Apparently the HOA that manages the neighborhood We were told they were "updating the system". The gates were a continuous problem through out half our weeklong stay. You never knew if you could get back into the neighborhood if you left. Cars would be lined up because no one could get it. Returning from a long day at a theme park with tired kids and finding you could not get through the gate was a big negative. The rental company's solution was for us to call them when the gate did not work and they would call the HOA and ask them to remotely open the gate. That process took a very long time. The gate system needs to be reliable. Period.Second big issue, the houses in this neighborhood are very very close together. Every house has a pool. Every night one house or another would have a very loud late night/early morning party in the pool party. Every single night we were awakened by loud parties at nearby houses. Due to the gate issues and late night noise, I would not stay here again.
