Furniture is worn out. There are two bedrooms that are located in annex which is not in description. Water pressure poor. Shower doors do not close completely. This was reported but was not repaired. Dog park is located in back of property and a playscape. Great for people traveling with small children or kids. Never cooled down below 76 our entire time there which was definitely too warm. I have vacationed at this resort for 7 yrs now. Would not recommend this rental

A/Cs not working 85-87 degrees inside

No follow through with mgt company. A/Cs all locked at 74 with 12 people in house. A/C did not work and sent message with pic of 85 inside house 1030 and no response. Sent picture with 87 inside house no response. Worst experience ever! No refill toilet paper, on arrival 1/4 on rolls. Shower door off hinges, window blinds did not open in BR. Would not recommend. If mgt had sent someone to check all the a/c but with 3 units they all were not working. Waste of money and no compensation offered. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

We rented this home as it was a 6 bedroom house (4 bedrooms in main and 2 bedrooms with game room in the Annex). Upon arrival, the code we were given was only able to access the main house and did not work on the Garage/Annex. I was not able to get a working code for the Annex house until the following day. After finally getting the code, we were able to access the house and game room, however the AC was not working and the bedrooms were registering 90 degrees. In addition, one of the bedrooms in the main house had two bunkbeds that had a note stating it was a 100lb max on the beds, so now we were down to a 3 bedroom house with guests having to sleep on the couch for the duration of our trip as they were not able to fix the AC. I rented this home because of the 6 bedrooms. We also found the house was not very clean and had some kind of sand all over the floors. The downstairs toilet was not cleaned. The back door would not open and one of the ceiling fan blades was broken off the fan. I did call during our stay and they did fix the fan, however were not able to fix the door on the main house or the AC to the Annex house. Was also disappointed that the main house upstairs AC could not be adjusted below 74 degrees. The upstairs was struggling to cool off. After being in the parks all day sweating, was not pleasant coming back to a hot house. Overall very disappointed with the condition of this house and would not rent again.
