After an 8-hour drive, it took over an hour to get into the gate because there was no record of my reservation. It was difficult to find the number of the host/owner of the property. When I did reach her, she was very helpful, and she and her daughter got everything straightened out.
The condo was fine. However, there were several problems with what was advertised. There were no shuttles to Disney available. I don't know where the 1.5 miles to Disneyworld was measured from, but the drive to each park was no less than 20 minutes for the nearest one. We were never able to connect to WiFi. The password provided in their guide did not work. When I went to the office, they told me to call the homeowner for the password, which I did not want to do AGAIN. Their guide in the condo had obviously not been updaated in a very long time. The instructions for using the TV were wrong - several remotes in the living area did not work for anything. Strollers provided were in different states of disrepair; it looks like everyone who's stayed there has left their unwanted toys, strollers, linens, dinnerware, etc. We won't stay offsite again.
