We have stayed in 4 different Windsor Hills condos over the last 10 Years. They all were great but this time was excellent! The condo was spotless, had everything we needed, and the host started us off with helpful items such as dish soap and laundry pods. My son is very sensitive and he found the space home like, safe, and welcoming. We will definitely book again. Thank you to the host for going above and beyond to care for the space you rent out. The Mickey room was so special. Looking forward to our next trip!

My family and I really enjoyed the stay at this condo. The pics are exactly what you get. It was 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and we had more than enough room. There were toys for the kids to play with and they even provided stuff for the pool. I have never stayed anywhere where they have an abundance of towels for you to be able to use for your stay and I liked being able to wash clothes before we left so I wouldn’t have any laundry to tend to once home. My kids liked the Disney themed room and the splash pad/water slides. The pool was relaxing and the kids had fun there too and we were really close to the parks. Walmart is a short distance to go buy groceries to stock up. I suggest going early as that Walmart is really busy in the evening time and it has a lot of Disney souvenirs that you can buy.

Great place
First stay off site for Disney and enjoyed it. Hiccup w the washer not working when we arrived but they promptly the very next day (even on a holiday), got someone out who fixed it! The A/C auto system that would revert back to 72 degrees at 10pm and 6am wasn’t my favorite, but we could manually put it back down to 70 once we figured that out.

Great place to stay for disney
This property was exactly what we were looking for while visiting Disney and legoland. It is on the second floor which was not an issue for us. It’s within walking distance to the pool and a quick drive over to the playground on your rest day. The owners of the property were in communication with us before our stay and quick to answer our questions.

Amazing stay!
We loved this VRBO, we are hoping to become regulars! The owner was attentive and kind. The place itself made us feel like we were at home. Our kids had their own rooms (that really helped their introverted parents to regroup every day, haha.) The Walmart is very close and Publix isn't too far. The kiddos loved the pool area and the splash pad. I liked that the pool wasn't too deep so I didn't have to constantly worry about my kids (up to 4ft in just one spot.) I love that they provided beach towels in the condo to use. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are thankful for the nice owner ! We also appreciate the Kerug machine! Thank you for a great stay Connie! I hope we will be back next year! :).

This is my first VRBO stay for our daughter’s 16th birthday celebration.
We could not be more happy with the accommodations. We found the place to be clean and large enough for our family of 5. The parks are so close. Walmart right on the corner and anything else you would need. We came for the Disney parks but we took a peek at the clubhouse and and it’s amenities. We said we will be back to make time for that. The master bedroom mattress was perfect for our backs. The owner was available when we called. Overall it was a home away from home and an awesome experience. Thank you Connie and Matt! We will be back.

Location, Location, Location
If you are looking to visit the Disney Parks and prefer to not stay at the resorts, this location is great! The parks are minutes away and you are close to everything thing else that you could possibly need. The unit itself was just as it was pictured. The kids loved the pool and waterslides. Connie was awesome. She responded immediately with any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and roomy with a great location. The only downside was not the room but the property/complex had some flaws: 1) The entrance to the complex is an archaic barcode based system that takes 15mins to get in, sometimes 30+ This alone probably would defer us from coming back. 2) The pool wristband system is terrible. they give you one wristband when you checkin and it's not removable, they ask you to just wear it the whole stay

Great stay
We spent 9 days here and the location was amazing. We always stay at Windsor hills and love it. The location of this unit was extremely close to the pool and basketball courts which was very convenient for us. Connie and her husband Matt the owners were very pleasant to work with. They checked on us personally and resolved any issues themselves and not just leaving it to the management company. We appreciated the friendliness and quick responses to anything we needed. Our family really enjoyed their stay. Thanks Connie and Matt for everything and we look forward to staying there again soon!

Very roomy
Lots of room and extras for young children. Comfy and clean. This condo would be best for those with younger children due two twin beds are not really made for teens or adults and the community pool only goes 4.5 feet deep. We did have some challenges with things not working while we were there but due to being busy didn’t call until we were leaving. Overall I fairly nice place to stay just not the best fit for us.

I am sorry you did not contact me or Amanda regarding the refrigerator or the tv. We try to handle all requests/problems quickly. My husband and daughters are there this week to do spring cleaning. They replaced the refrigerator and the tv. I am glad you found the condo comfortable and clean and you appreciated all the extras we provide for families with small children.

Great value and location
Our family stayed here for a week during a trip to all the WDW parks. We were no further than 15 minutes to any park including mornings with busy traffic. Everyone had plenty of space and was comfortable. We didn’t have much pool time, but the pool was warm and beautiful and the kids loved it. Only issue we really had was the cleaning crew missed some food crumbs around the table and some ants found their way to it, but we cleaned it up and had no problems after. The rest of the condo was very clean and well maintained.

Rough start
After an 8-hour drive, it took over an hour to get into the gate because there was no record of my reservation. It was difficult to find the number of the host/owner of the property. When I did reach her, she was very helpful, and she and her daughter got everything straightened out. The condo was fine. However, there were several problems with what was advertised. There were no shuttles to Disney available. I don't know where the 1.5 miles to Disneyworld was measured from, but the drive to each park was no less than 20 minutes for the nearest one. We were never able to connect to WiFi. The password provided in their guide did not work. When I went to the office, they told me to call the homeowner for the password, which I did not want to do AGAIN. Their guide in the condo had obviously not been updaated in a very long time. The instructions for using the TV were wrong - several remotes in the living area did not work for anything. Strollers provided were in different states of disrepair; it looks like everyone who's stayed there has left their unwanted toys, strollers, linens, dinnerware, etc. We won't stay offsite again.

Your review was very upsetting. I am I am so sorry you had a terrible experience staying at our condo. I apologize for the reservation mix up. I try very hard to make the condo like home. My daughters and husband go to the condo every 4 months for inspection and to do any updates or repairs. They are there this week taking care of any updates or repairs . Our manager, Amanda, will make sure our book is updated. The television has been replaced and my husband purchased a new stainless steel refrigerator this week.. If our guest does not call me or Amanda with a problem we cannot correct it. Our condo is geared for children; as you can see from our Mickey room. We are replacing the Mickey ears this week. Someone really liked them so they decided to take one of them. We keep some toys at the condo just in case there is a "rainy day". We also keep a Pack N Play, high chair, and several different types of strollers. My husband will check the condition of the strollers. We have unbreakable colored plates, bowls, and cups in the condo just for the kids. Diane checked the distance to Disney. Windsor Hills has always been the closest to Disney. However, Disney changed the public entrance to an employee’s only entrance so the public now has to travel further to enter Disney. The shuttle service is provided by a private company. The guest can call the company and make arrangements to be picked up at Windsor Hills. This service is not free and not provided by Windsor Hills. We will remove any reference to shuttle service from our listing. We try very hard to make a guest feel at home and enjoy their visit. I hope there were some things that you enjoyed during your stay. The condo was amazing and was even bigger and nicer then it appears in the picture. the elevator was a very nice surprise. Would absolutely rent this unit again and have already told others about it. the whole process of getting the reservation to picking up the check in papers was so easy!! the kids were so excited to have their own Mickey Room and they gave the pool 4 thumbs up!! thank you for the wonderful rental!!

My wife and I spent 4 days and 3 nights here with my 5 year old and 2 year old as part of our Disney vacation. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as described. My kids loved the Disney themed bedroom. The condo came equipped with many kid/toddler items (pack and play, high chair, and more) making packing snd traveling much easier for us. Its 10 min from magic kingdom with plenty of stores (walmart) along the way to grab extra items if needed. We'd gladly return!

This is second time we have stayed at this property. Location is great quick trip over to the back door of Disney without having to deal with the crowds on route 192. The mattress topper in the master bedroom is sooo comfortable, I forgot how much I loved it until we got there. Grandkids love having their own Mickey bedroom. You get a great size condo for the nightly fee. Unit is a short 1 block walk to pool. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for other stays at Windsor Hills.

This condo was wonderful. We were down at Disney for our son’s wedding. We have been renting in Windsor Hills for 5 years but always from another owner. We were nervous on what to expect from a new owner and management company. Fears were unfounded. The management company left us enough soaps,garbage bags and paper towels to make it through our entire 8 day stay. The porch overlooked the parking area but because it was a half a block from the pool it was very quiet and relaxing to sit outside having our glass of wine after a busy day with wedding plans or the parks. The owner leaves lots of pool toys and even a few regular toys for children to play with, which my granddaughters loved. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfy we hated to leave! We will definitely be back. Resort was replacing the roof while we were there, owner informed us of this well before our trip began and it posed no problem at all during our stay.

A good place to be in an imperfect world.
We enjoyed our stay. We had a few problems with check-in related stuff and some equipment issues (furnace, garbage disposal, microwave, and internet BUT the owner and property manager addressed these issues promptly to our satisfaction. If something does go wrong, you won't have to worry about getting the issue resolved. Connie & Nate (owners) and Amanda (property manager) bent over backwards to help us have a good time during our visit to Windsor Hills. We did.

From the booking process to checking out... This rental was perfect for our family. Connie responded quickly to every question I had. Everything was clean like it was new. Everything worked as it should. Showers were perfect pressure. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could need for cooking or preparing for your day at the parks. We did not get a chance to check out the pool or splash pad because it was a little cool during our stay. The location was perfect. There is a Walmart right down the street for your needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit! We will stay again when we get back down that way.

Great place to stay. We will stay there again. It is ever close to Disney. There lots of restaurants near by. The pool is great and has a water slide for the kids. The place was spotless.The rooms are large. The master bath is beautiful. The shower head should be updated. We found the bed very comfortable, except the twin beds. You could feel the springs, just sitting on it. I would recommend mattress covers. The kitchen is very nice, we did not use it, but had we been staying long we would have.

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We try very hard for our guests to feel like they are at home. The twin beds should have waterproof pads and thick mattress covers. I need to find out what the cleaning people have done with them. The twin mattresses are 4 years old. We bought them brand new when we purchased the condo. The king mattresses were also purchased at the same time. They were brand new too. We put nice mattress covers on them too.
