The condo was as advertised! Clean and comfortable, and a beautiful condo unit great for our adult family. The resort was clean, and the pool, pool bar and gym were very nice.

The size of the unit was great for our family. Location was great on the lakeside and the 2nd building from the pool was perfect. When we arrived the fridge was not functioning and took 24 hours for that to get resolved. The unit was warm all week but we were not in it enough to care too much. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great accommodations.

Attended convention. Super convenient location. Never drove more than 10 minutes to anywhere. Clean and comfortable. Only offset was no bedroom ceiling lights, so walked into dark bedrooms in the evenings (to turn in lamps). Also if you are arriving early, make a request in advance. We arrived at 1:30pm and room was not ready until 3pm (for a 4pm check in that I missed in the conformation).

The management company was excellent with great communication. The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated and the pool area was great. Negatives: The icemaker and water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work and the refrigerator leaked water on the floor. I called the management company and they promptly sent a maintenance person but he was unable to repair it. He brought a few extra towels to put in front of the refrigerator to soak up the leaking water. The washer and dryer were old and need to be replaced. The dryer had rust spots on the surface. The dial on the washing machine was broken and spun loosely. However, I was able to grasp the base of the dial to turn the machine on. All the dishes and glasses in the kitchen were breakable so bring your own if that is a concern.

This is the perfect location for Universal, Disney, even heading to the east coast. Super easy commute to the airport. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Very close to pool. Nice view of lake. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had a unit above us that had a party of over 15 people and were loud and obnoxious from 11pm till 3am. Called front desk several times and nothing was done. It’s a shame bc the location was great and we loved our unit
