Family get away

Loved this house. Big yet cozy and plenty of space for the 12 of us. Payed extra to heat pool and then called because my granddaughters were shivering every time they'd go in. They turned it up and then we got a lot of use out it. Very clean and all updated ☀️

Mommie-n-Me Vacation

I would LOVE to give a 5-star review; however, I PAID extra for Pool Heat, and the Jacuzzi never got warm the 3 days we were there :(. I was in constant contact with the Property Manager, and a Tech came out, but it still never worked. I made every effort to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I WASNT reimbursed!! Other than that, the location, property, cleanliness, and even the decor were fab!!

Check in confusing but house good

The check in process was very confusing. Between not receiving the correct link and then receiving contradicting emails and texts if my documents were received, the process was not good. The house was as described. I was very disappointed with the hot tub not being heated to a temp that is for a hot tub. I called several times and was finally told the pool and hot tub are the same temp. But according to the heating system instructions, it should be separate. Some minor things missing-- pot holders, dish towels, wash cloths, few more cooking pot/pan/dishes. The house had ample glasses, plates and silverware. Everything else in the house was awesome. We enjoyed the Oasis Clubhouse a few times too.
