We enjoyed our stay at this property. We wish we would have had the pooled and hot tub heated. It was too cold to use for the week so we never swam.

Amazing Place To Stay… But Poor Communication & Poor Customer Service

The property overall was very very nice! The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but other than that the rental it’s self was super clean! Unfortunately communication was very broken which was a HUGE disappointment. We called each day to ask a couple questions and was told we would receive a phone call back and never did, was also told we’d receive emails from them and we never did. The listing was not very specific about the pool and jacuzzi, they have an additional fee per day, to have the jacuzzi heated which wasn’t explained until THE DAY we checked out (after 4 days being there) So we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi what so ever, which was such a huge disappointment and we never even got an apology nor them at least attempt to make things right… That was the deciding factor when choosing our/ this rental.. :(
