Family vacation

The house was great but the downstairs a/c did not work properly. It was 80 degrees during the day and only 77 at night. They sent a technician twice that never solved the problem. The WiFi did not work. They said someone would come fix it and never did. The pool was filthy when we got there but after contacting them they had someone out by the next morning to clean it

I feel as though everything explained in the description was broken .. pool table sticks broken, balls missing and so much more. Multiple tv’s didn’t work properly, WiFi was awful, grill was broken and couldn’t be used at all. We asked that they not come fix things during our stay because quite frankly that is not something I should be worried about on my vacation. Property manager was extremely responsive but the amount of things broke or unable to be used made me 100% believe this was like this for the prior guest as well and is just never fully fixed after guests complain of broken items. There was blood on the wall of one of our rooms when we got there. Cleaning people came in the home before check out time. Just not a great experience at all.

Wow i really want a refund

The house is beautiful we stayed 5 days no wifi no cell phone service in the house we literally had to walk outside to use our cell phones contected Julie so many times it was ridiculous my kids ages 5-16 told me i did this on purpose no tv /cell phones my son in law is in college had an assignment due he couldn't turn it in had to call his professor... The toilets barely flush the pool lights didnt work and the upstairs outlets were out.. I would have rather stayed home.. Julies favorite line was i have contacted maintenance.. Well how can maintenance fix wifi if you didnt pay your bill smh i have stayed at this location 3 times different houses of course and NEVER experienced a S#!t show like this... i want a refund or some of my money back so bad I truly would like to be compensated... We couldn't even online walmart order so we had to drive in 45 min traffic jams...

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful family get together for a week at this fabulous property. There were 17 of us ranging from infant to seniors and there was plenty of space for all.Having read other reviews, we shared our concerns with Julie prior to our arrival and she made sure everything was perfect.Before writing a bad review, it might be best to remember that neither Julie nor the cleaning team live at this property. They would have no way of knowing if a lightbulb needed to be changed nor if an appliance quit working unless someone brings these things to their attention. It's also a courtesy for the next renter.Julie is amazing and always quick with a reply.. We discovered a hole in the bottom of the glass coffee carafe. The next morning, Amazon delivered a new coffee maker to the front door!!!Here are some thing to know in advance about this amazing property:-you can also park two vehicles in the garage! The garage door code is the same as the front door-there are pool towels! -traveling with a baby? There are 2 high chairs, a stroller, a pack 'n play, a bouncy chair,etc-the kitchen is very well equipped! Blender, counter top griddle, coffee maker, measuring cups and spoons and plenty of dishes and glassware.-in the hot summer months, it is not necessary to pay to have the pool heated. -The lines to get through the gate can be long on weekends. The white plastic pass that you get at check in works on an unmanned gate farther down the road.thus avoiding the lines!
